Tolworth Moves Fitness Gold class with Gabby

I restart my Tolworth Moves Fitness Gold classes on Monday 5 January at St George’s Church Hall at 11.30 am. We start with a warm up and stretch then low impact dance routines and toning work on chairs followed by a seated or standing stretch routine. We then stay for an extra half an hour which is social time with free tea or coffee and biscuits. First class is free so just turn up. The class runs every week apart from some Bank Holidays.
We are a very friendly group!
