Trying to develop a kickboxing combo with this week, and although neither one of us is happy with the end product just yet, itβs been so much fun working on it π. With a bit more practice Iβll have a new combo to teach you all soon ππͺπΎ drop me a DM to book a session and give this a go. Great work ππΎ.
Had so much fun in my squad session with champs and .razavi today, I wanna do more session like this π. The fitness work we also did some skill training. This clip is of us drilling a stop block and counter jab a simple but very important skill to any aspiring boxer πππΎ. For any body looking to come and join us, drop me a dm to join next next weeks session and well done everyone who made it this time ππ₯.
So with only 3 sessions under our belt has learned how to throw straights, hooks and uppercuts with good technique π₯π. So the next step is to pad her like crazy and get her fitter, faster and stronger π€πͺπΎ which just sounds like fun to me π. The aim of the game is to only hit your side of the bag, the problemβ¦β¦ this mf moves bare!! π.
