Join our strength and conditioning classes every Tuesday at 10am and every Friday at 6pm. 💪🏽🤗
Exercise of the day: Reverse Lunges
Reverse lunges activate your core, glutes, and hamstrings. They put less stress on your joints and give you a bit more stability in your front leg.
This exercise is also ideal for people who have knee concerns, difficulty balancing, or less hip mobility.

Exercise of the day: Squats
Benefit of squats:
• Burn calories and might help you lose weight
• lower your chances of injuring your knees and ankles
• The movement strengthens your tendons, bones, and ligaments around the leg muscles
Muscle benefit from squats are:
• Hip muscles / Glutes
• Calves
• Hamstrings.
• Obliques
Exercise of the Day: Bulgarian Split Squats.
Make sure you incorporate this exercise in your workout program.
The lower muscles targeted in a Bulgarian split squat include:
• gluteus maximums, minibus and medius
• quadricep muscles (the thigh)
•hamstrings (back of the thigh)
•adductor (groin)
•gastrocnemius (calves)
Benefits
• Strengthens the lower body muscles
• Reduces injury risk
• Boosts athletic ability and strength
(Glutes will be targeted more if lean forward while keeping your back straight, and quads will be targeted more if standing more upright)
Workout of the day 🏋🏽♀️
A fun workout (at least we had fun while performing it 😂) you could do with either a friend or partner at the gym. It can be used as a part of your training program or as a warmup 😎
