š āIf I canāt do it perfectly⦠whatās the point?ā
Sound familiar?
For so many women, health and well-being have been wrapped up in an all-or-nothing mindset - a cycle of extremes that leads to burnout, guilt, and feeling like youāre always starting over.
But hereās the truth:
šæ You donāt need to do everything.
šæ You donāt need to do it perfectly.
šæ You just need to show up - imperfectly, consistently, and with self-compassion.
In our holistic coaching, we strip away the pressure, the shame, and the unrealistic expectations.
Together, we rebuild from the inside out - creating rituals that actually stick and a mindset that works with your life, not against it.
⨠Youāre not broken. Youāre burnt out from unrealistic rules.
Ready to make a shift?
Drop a š¬ āCOACHā below or DM me to chat about how we can break the cycle - for good.

Feeling stuck? Like no matter what you do, somethingās holding you back?
Itās not always about doing more - sometimes, itās about thinking differently. š§ āØ
Your mindset shapes how you show up, how you cope, and how you move forward.
When we stay stuck in old thought patterns, itās easy to doubt ourselves, procrastinate, or wait for the āperfectā moment.
But a small shift in mindset can unlock clarity, confidence, and momentum. š”
This carousel is your mini āresetā - a few gentle nudges to challenge the stories you might be telling yourself.
Flick through, breathe, and come back to what you need.
One thought can change everything. š

Letās be honest - if āIāll start Mondayā actually worked, wouldnāt we have arrived at your goal by now? š¤
Weāve all said it.
āMonday Iāll get back on track.ā
āNext week Iāll be more motivated.ā
But hereās the truth: waiting for the perfect moment is often just our brainās way of avoiding discomfort.
Psychologists call this temporal discounting - we overvalue future motivation and undervalue what we can do right now.
But change doesnāt happen in big dramatic restarts.
It happens in quiet, messy, imperfect choices we make today. In showing up even when itās not Monday. In saying yes to progress over perfection.
You donāt need a new week, a new month, or a new version of yourself. You just need to begin - right here, right now, exactly as you are.
Because consistency beats intensity. Every. Single. Time.

Itās been a little while! šš¼
So I thought Iād reintroduce myself for anyone new around here (or anyone whoās forgotten what I do š)...
Iām Emily ā founder of and
Iām deeply passionate about helping women and girls build confidence, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel empowered in their minds and bodies.
Iāve been a little quiet on here, but not because things have stopped ā quite the opposite.
Team Project You has still been running quietly behind the scenes, supporting our amazing clients through powerful mindset, lifestyle, and behavioural change. š
Right now, weāre not taking on new clients, but we may have a few spots opening in the next few weeks ā so if youāve been thinking about it, keep your eyes peeled. šāØ
Meanwhile, The Teen Project has taken off in the most incredible way.
What started as a response to so many TPY clients saying, āI wish Iād learned this earlier,ā has grown into something so needed and so impactful - helping girls step into their worth before self-doubt and body shame take hold.
Watching the growth and transformation has been honestly mind-blowing - and itās only the beginning.
So Iāll be honest - social media hasnāt been my priority lately.
When youāre deep in the real-life work, spending hours mentoring girls, delivering sessions, or supporting women through massive mindset shifts... posting just slips down the list.
But I can feel it creeping its way back up again - and Iām excited to start sharing more of this journey with you soon. š«
Thank you for sticking around. If youāve ever worked with me, followed along, shared a post, or simply rooted for this work in your own quiet way - it means the world.
Hereās to whatās next š„

šØ The Problem with Toxic Body Positivity šØ
āYou should just love yourself!ā Sounds great, right? But what if you donāt?
Toxic body positivity can make you feel guilty for struggling with body image - like youāre failing if you donāt embrace every inch of yourself 24/7. The truth? You donāt have to love your body to respect it.
š Instead of forcing positivity, try body neutrality. Shift the focus from how your body looks to what it does for you. Movement, strength, energy - it all matters more than aesthetics.
š You donāt need to love your body to treat it with kindness. Start with acceptance.

āļø STOP LETTING THE SCALE RUIN YOUR DAY!
If youāve stepped on the scale and seen an increase, take a deep breath - itās not necessarily fat gain! Your weight fluctuates daily due to things like water retention, food in your system, and even exercise recovery.
šØ The scale doesnāt tell the full story.
Your progress is about so much more than a number - think strength, energy, confidence, and how you feel in your body!
š If the number on the scale impacts your mood, itās time to work on your relationship with it. The scale is just data, not your worth. š

BREAKING THE CYCLE š«š
Sound familiar? You start the week with the best intentions, sticking to ābeing goodā⦠only to feel out of control by the weekend. Then Monday rolls around, and the cycle starts all over again.
This all-or-nothing approach keeps you stuck, making you feel guilty, frustrated, and like youāre always āstarting over.ā But breaking free starts with one key thingāyour self-talk.
Instead of: āI have to be good this week.ā
Try: āIām learning to listen to my body and make choices that feel good all week.ā
Instead of: āI ruined it this weekend.ā
Try: āOne meal doesnāt define me. Iām allowed to enjoy food without guilt.ā
Shifting your mindset is the first step to food freedom.
No more rules, no more guiltājust balance⦠that actually gets you results!

17 YEARS. Thatās how long the average woman spends dieting. š³

Diet culture traps you in a cycle:
ā”ļø Obsess over food & weight
ā”ļø Try another restrictive diet
ā”ļø Lose weight, then regain it (plus more)
ā”ļø Blame yourself & start over again
But hereās the truth: Itās not youāitās the diets that are failing.
At , we are NOT anti-fat loss. We fully support body composition changesābut in a way thatās sustainable, healthy, and doesnāt destroy your relationship with food.
You can lose fat while learning to fuel your body with confidence. You can feel in control without restriction.
But it takes patience, curiosity, and trust in the process.

Life update š
To be honest, social media hasnāt been my top priority lately, and every time Iāve come on here recently, Iāve felt a bit lost.
Iāve been splitting my time to focus on growing The Teen Project, which is evolving rapidly, and continuing to support our amazing ladies at Team Project You.
At Team Project You, weāre shifting to a space-by-space approach so that we can devote the time and attention our clients deserve, ensuring the highest quality service every step of the way.
Iām fully booked until the end of the monthāwith just one spot available for someone ready to elevate their health and happiness. (Pssst⦠you know where to go if youāre interested!)
Both organisations mean the world to meāIām simply diversifying my focus and energy.
Over the past six months, The Teen Project has evolved into something even more profound than I ever imagined. Weāre supporting girls early onāequipping them with essential life tools, building their confidence, and reinforcing their sense of worth. This proactive approach helps them navigate challenges today while laying the foundation for a resilient and thriving future.
Team Project You isnāt going anywhere! Iāve just been taking a step back from the constant pace of social media to focus more on what truly matters: helping people.
But the core of everything I do has never changedāitās always been about helping girls and women. Whether itās through coaching, mentoring, content, or community projects, the mission remains the same: to help girls and women transform their confidence, prioritise their mental and physical health, and create a foundation for long-term happiness.
So I will try to post more organically and share content that truly reflects what I feel passionately aboutāauthentic moments, real stories, and the insights that inspire me every day.
If youāve been here for the ride, thank you. And if youāre just joining in, I canāt wait to share more of this journey with you.
