High level Rugby player Stronger & leaner IN SEASON.
I’ve made it clear that for those who want to achieve their performance and aesthetic goals within a rugby season are going to be hard pushed because of toll the sport has on the body. Feeling like you’ve had a car crash every weekend. To then finally feel normal next Thursday and by then it’s too close to the next game to do much about your personal goals.
plays a high standard and I’m particularly fond of him as a person and a player. All round good bloke! We’ve recently gone through a very intensive in season muscle gaining stage and reduced caloric intake on most days except training and competition. I’m which carbohydrates are ramped up.
Because of these constraints I am really happy to see strength capacity scores go up and body composition go down in season! 2023 big year for my man if he has the ability to do this!
If you are a young rugby player and think you need to be as big as possible. You’re wrong. You just need to be good at rugby. If you make yards in the game and you are skin and bones…. Then who cares….
Obviously I know some mass helps for collisions and as a buffer. Don’t get offended.
What a start to the year!

Dropped 6KG and looking more Athletic!!!!
There is a consensus that when females go to the gym they will turn “hench” and masculine! This is not true! Based off the female bone structure and hormone profile you will simply be healthier, leaner, happier, more energy and capacity throughout the day!!
has been fantastic as she is also a mother of 2 and manages her time fantastically to hit all her goals and now nutritional targets!
This is from the online method that keep you accountable with 1 to 1 personalised coaching. It’s like a having a fitness accountant 😮💨
Good work🔥

10KG DOWN IN 8 WEEKS
Another Hamstring Rehab Cut Example
night tore his hamstring in a freak incident within a game of rugby. It was an opportunity to get out typical “rugby” shape which most people mistake as in shape. But the subcutaneous fat is just a buffer for collisions.
This will also take load off the hamstring. Increasing overall athleticism within the rehab, return to running and a sprinting.
It common for rugby players to be immersed about the size from the scales. However,
It doesn't tell the whole story. Majority of the time there is a lot more “fluff” than you think.
Within the culture clueless tactical coaches put weight targets on positions to players who simply aren't good enough at that time. Creating a delusion amongst younger players that they have to be huge to play at the top level.
You don't.... You have to be good at playing rugby 🤷♂️.
That's why if you look at the research. Player size doesn't change too much as you go down the leagues despite the full time environment benefits. What does is skill ex*****on.
Meta analysis comparing loads of studies from amateur to pro showed the completion rate of a simple 2v1 was the biggest predictor of a professional or amateur.
NOT size.
Moral of the story, if your in a sport. Get better at the sport then build physical attributes.

Rehab is an opportunity
IN 2 MONTHS: HAS LITTLE TO NO BACK PAIN AND HAS LOST 6KG (1 STONE).
My client came to me with chronic back pain from spinal stenosis. The nerves from the disc caused pain through the day and during working from home. We've recently diagnosed he also has scoliosis which could contribute to this in same cases.
As we spoke about other goals it arised that he wanted to lose weight too. Having a goal along side rehab is very important because more often than not you are in a better place to achieve this.
Letting the constraints become your freedom.....
Knowing you are limited to certain movements and processes leaves you with no other options. Master what you've been given.
Another common one is if you have a lower body injury.
You are In a very good place to increase size on your upper body for good. Therefore, turning something negative into a positive!
Well done mate! You've been a pleasure to work with and you are meticulous! 🙌❤️

Over -10kg in 8 weeks & looks denser🤯
The word transformation is chucked around a lot.. It normally requires 3-4 phases of reducing overall size, increasing muscle mass and then reducing fat.
For the person to look totally different “transformed”.
whitehill looks like a different person after just 8 weeks. These “newbie” gains is what happens when you go from no training protocol to a strict one with someone over seeing it. Simple really.
Good work Jàmes,

Untrained to Trained - Lean to Huge
7KG difference from leanest to biggest
The 1st and 3rd are the same weight…. Yep.
Putting all your eggs in one basket is common within the aesthetic based community because it works fast.
If you have a relatively untrained figure. (Low muscle mass) stimulating lifts and a deficit allow you to drop to a visually appealing point then….
Finding your maintenance allows you to put on size without considerable amount of extra “fluff” along with the muscle.
The two phases here from executed well with a 4 month increase then drop. Then a increase extensively. He’s currently now stone bigger… 🫃🏼😈
Good work
