💪 Find Your Strong

Strength means something different to everyone.

For some, it's stepping onto the Commonwealth Games platform. For others, it's picking up a barbell for the very first time. It's becoming a coach, supporting a club, volunteering at an event, cheering from the sidelines or helping someone else discover what they're capable of.

As our incredible athletes prepare to represent Great Britain at the Commonwealth Games, we're proud to launch Find Your Strong. A campaign inspired by our vision of helping everyone discover the strength that's right for them.

Whether you're looking to lift, coach, compete, volunteer or simply be part of our community, there's a place for you.

Over the coming months we'll be bringing you new courses, events, offers, activities and opportunities designed to help you find your strong, or help others find theirs.
