At just 16 years old, Lucy Mallon suffered a devastating injury during the opening 30 seconds of her first game for the club, sustaining an ACL and meniscus tear that will unfortunately rule her out for the season.

Despite this setback, we firmly believe Lucy has a very bright future in the game. We will support her throughout every stage of her rehabilitation and recovery and help her come back fitter and stronger.

Lucy is now officially a Sutton United player, and we look forward to seeing her return and make the impact we know she is capable of.

Two matches today for Sutton United women.

This morning a team consisting of mainly Trialists entertained Tier 5 Woodley United at Lan Franc School. Despite playing 40 minutes with 10 players due to injuries came back from 2-0 to down to gain an impressive 2-2 draw. Amy Wright and Sarah Thomas scoring our goals.

In the afternoon we played Reading at David Weir and put on an excellent performance coming back from 3-0 down to win 4-3 in what was an entertaining game for all those in attendance. Milly Cutler scored 2, Hannah Baptiste and Brianna Gilbert-Lawal were our scorers.

We would like to welcome Lucy Coker to our club, Lucy joins us from Farnham Town and she has previously represented Aldershot Town and Badshot Lea.
Lucy is 19 years old and can play across the back line.

We are delighted to welcome Lexie Durrant back to Sutton United! She was here as a junior and now returns to the club following spells at Dorking Wanderers and Epsom and Ewell FC. Aged just 16 she is an energetic combative centre midfielder. Welcome home Lexie

We are delighted to welcome Lily Dalton to Sutton United FC.

The 23-year-old defender joins us from Billericay Town, where she gained valuable experience playing in Tier 3 of the women's game.

Lily brings an impressive footballing CV, having previously represented West Ham United, MK Dons, Barry Town United, Maidenhead United, and also enjoyed a loan spell with Brentford.

On the international stage, Lily has represented Wales at Under-19 level, adding further quality and experience to our defensive unit.

We are delighted to welcome Naomi Bradley to Sutton United Women!

Naomi joins us from Fulham, where she played an important role in their FA Women's National League title-winning campaign last season. Despite making her senior debut at just 16 years old, Naomi was named in the matchday squad on 18 occasions, making 10 appearances, scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists.

She scored her first senior goal for Fulham against Chelsea in the Capital Cup, producing a Player of the Match performance, before adding another goal away to MK Dons.

Alongside her senior football, Naomi also played a major role in Fulham's highly successful Under-18 side, continuing to demonstrate the talent and potential that has made her one of the brightest young players in the game.

We're thrilled to welcome Naomi to Sutton United and can't wait to see her in amber and chocolate.
