What do you mean…
Look, we get it. Paying for personal training is a luxury.
But prioritising your health and fitness? That doesn’t have to be.
And trust me, we’ve heard every excuse in the book.
“You’ve got to understand, I’m busy.”
“I don’t have time.”
“I can’t afford it.”
“I’ll start when things calm down.”
But here’s the thing…
You’ve got to stop looking at health and fitness as something you’ll prioritise when everything else is done.
Because everything else is never done.
You have to make decisions throughout your day that reflect the person you actually want to become.
You might not be able to afford PT.
But you can go for a walk.
You might not have an hour to train.
But you can move for 20 minutes.
You might not have the perfect diet.
But you can make a better choice at your next meal.
You don’t need to be perfect. But you do need to start prioritising the right things, at the right moments.
Because if you actually want to change your body, mindset and fitness…
Your priorities have to change too.
What you do consistently will always matter more than what you say you want.
