I did a thing! Yesterday was my first breathwork session as a facilitator, and what a joy it was!!
I have been practicing breathwork for a while now, and having experienced the incredible benefits for myself, I had a strong desire to lead my own sessions and help others experience these benefits for themselves.
It's an honor to witness others get out of their minds and truly succumb to real relaxation!
We all lead chaotic lives, and we rarely, if ever truly let our bodies and minds rest.
Breathwork allows us to do that!
It can be a powerful restart button we so desperately need!
