Congratulations to Ella, Betsy & Alecia who all competed at the Welsh Championships this weekend, Betsy taking the Silver overall 🥈& Alecia taking the Bronze🥉in the Aspire category, and in the junior category Ella placed 3rd🥉overall, Mara unfortunately had to withdraw due to an injury & we wish her a speedy recovery!❤️‍🩹
Both Ella & Alecia qualified for beam & floor finals, Alecia placing 6th on beam & Ella also placing 6th on floor! Well done to all gymnasts & their coaches, you’ve done the West proud🙌🏼🩷💙

West Wales Camp - Part 2

What an amazing day at our West Wales Gymnastics Camp!
So many new skills learned, lots of prizes won, and most importantly—plenty of fun had by all! 🤸‍♀️✨

It is with great sadness, but also with so much gratitude, that we share the passing of our Dorothy Neyland.💔
Dorothy was a truly special lady and a much-loved, important part of our gymnastics community who dedicated so many years to our West Wales Squad. Her kindness, warmth and dedication touched so many lives, and she will be remembered with great fondness by all who knew her. Dorothy leaves behind a beautiful legacy and countless cherished memories that will live on in our hearts forever. Sending love and heartfelt condolences to her wonderful family and loved ones as we celebrate an incredible life. 💕
