✨MY JOURNEY✨
This is my body recomposition journey. 3 pictures from August 2023 through to today, June 2025.
📸Picture 1 (August 2023): I was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt in my body. Inflamed, low energy, no confidence. Stuck in restrictive eating patterns and living a very unhealthy lifestyle.
📸Picture 2 (December 2024): My lightest. Under-eating, over-training, fixated on being smaller, not stronger. Muscle mass was nonexistent, mindset was a mess, chasing the lowest number on the scale at the expense of strength, health and happiness.
📸Picture 3 (today!): Same scale weight as picture 1, but worlds apart in so many ways. I’m my strongest, healthiest, happiest, and most knowledgeable! Fuelling my body properly and training with purpose. Muscle mass at an all time high, and my body is doing things I could only dream of 6-months ago. Last week, I run my first 10k (I couldn’t even run 3k a matter of months ago). I’m now training for my Hyrox debut in November, with a couple local races before that. Who’d have thought☺️
It’s been a journey, unlearning what I thought was the right approach and relearning how to fuel, train and love my body in a way that supports real strength and long-term health.
