2025 the year of MazzaFitness ✨
Beyond grateful for the year I’ve had, starting my business, I’ve got to help lots of you lovely lot with achieving your goals and I’ve loved every minute of it!
Alongside I’ve been working on my own fitness goals and I can’t wait to see what next year brings 🫶🏼

What I eat in a day:
✨Reverse Diet Edition ✨
Breakfast - protein oats and vanilla latte everyday 🫶🏼 (35g protein)
Lunch - Chicken Fried Rice and veggies 🥑 (52g protein)
Dinner - Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms 🍄🟫 (50g protein)
Snack - Yoghurt bowl with choice of small sweet treat on top - a cookie is my choice
🍪😋 (20g protein)
I also have Diet Coke daily as we all know I have an obsession with that😂
These meals vary but at the minute, these help with my goals. Sticking to the same meals will help you stay on track as you know what cals and macros you are eating!

Being able to help someone from being nervous in the gym and finding it a daunting place… to helping them become confident and seeing them see the gym as an enjoyable place🙌🏼
I want to help anyone that finds the gym a scary place and those who lack confidence because they’re unsure where to start.
I promise you guys it’s really not as bad as it may look!!
Once you realise everyone is on their own fitness journey, your mindset will change💗
The gym has so many positive aspects to it, mental health, socialising, physical improvements, the list goes on.
Make that jump, I promise you won’t regret it, my clients will back me on that😂 ✨

What I eat in a day ~ Cutting edition✨
Cals when cutting 1550, 140g protein
Tip when trying to lose weight:
Eat the same meals as much as you can, this will help with understanding what calories your consuming and will allow you to stay on track!
Find foods you enjoy and stick to them! For me, yoghurt bowls and steak is my go to😂
Not everyday is the same guys and I’m not always perfect trust me I do like a snack now and then😂but the majority of the time, these are the meals I eat that have helped my finish my cut with success ✨

Hey guys!! I’m officially offering online coaching slots as of today. I have very limited spaces available so this will be a first come first serve basis, to ensure I can put my all into each and everyone of you 🫶🏼
Online Coaching will include:
~ Tailored workout plans suited to your goals.
~ Calorie tracking in app.
~ Nutritional advice/meal ideas.
~ Weekly check-ins.
~ Continuous support from myself.
~ Demonstrations on how to perform specific exercises.
If you’re needing a flexible training schedule and are struggling to attend 1-1 pt sessions, then online coaching will be for you! This app will allow you to train as and when you please, and with my support you are guaranteed results✨
