On a busy day down at the athletic ground today with the return of the rugby, cricket and our good selves all playing at home.

Parc William were the visitors looking to progress up the table..

With 11 players missing we managed a spirited fight and a very handy 12-2 win, good luck for the rest of the season.

Gowerton’s recent winning run in all competitions, came to end yesterday with a 12-2 defeat away to Tybie. It was close with 4 ends to play with Gowerton leading on 3 rinks, but Tybie held their nerve to claim the win. Best wishes for the rest of the season.

The best night’s are always with great friends. Tonight was one of those special nights, when Gowerton Cricket Vets played Gowerton Bowling club in a “friendly” competitive match of bowls. Spare a thought for Richard Harris who lost the bragging rights in his house to Julie Harris with Gowerton Bowls taking the spoils!!!!
