We had a small team attend the Irfon yellow and orange competition this weekend.

In the under 12s Hugo continues to gain valuable experience winning a bronze medal, and we can see how much he’s improving week on week, and Alfie continued his winning run with another gold medal performance 👏

In the under 16s Billy competed for his second time and gained more experience. Rhys stepped out to compete for the first time. Both lads winning a bronze and having lots of fights on the day. 💪

Huge thanks to who coached our players up in Brecon and has been working well with this age group to develop their competitive judo. 👏👏👏

A great weekend out in Belgium 🇧🇪 for the Antwerp Ippon Trophy.

Everyone got good wins against international opponents.

In a very tough u15 tournament Noah, Izzy and Zack fought in the pool system, with Noah and Zack wining fights but not able to press into the knock outs. Izzy came through her pool and competed through the knock outs eventually securing a bronze medal.

In the u13s Ayden competed at his first international event winning two fights to secure bronze in a pool system without weight classes. A very well run competition for the youngsters.
