It’s been a great weekend at Core Judo summer camp. Quality coaching, newaza and tachiwaza technicals, hard randori, and a lot of fun and team building.

Huge thank you to the Core Judo team for their endless hospitality. What a privilege it is to have international athletes to train with and world class coaches to learn from!

What a weekend it’s been up in Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We are immensely proud of Joshua who finished 7th in his first Games. He’s representing himself, his family, our club and Wales with passion, pride and a big smile on his face.

For us as a club, Josh is our first Commonwealth qualified athlete and I am so grateful we could share this weekend with him 🙇🏻‍♂️

At Habitat Homecare, we're passionate about helping people live independently for longer. That's why we're proud to be driving the delivery of British Judo Association innovative ‘Finding Your Feet’ falls training programme, designed to help older adults not only improve confidence, reduce fear of falling and live life to the full.

Delivered by British Judo trained coaches from Judo Swansea, endorsed by the Welsh Judo Association, and funded through a COAST Grant from City & County of Swansea, this partnership demonstrates the power of organisations working together to improve community wellbeing.

Via our FREE sessions, participants will:
✔ Improve balance, strength and coordination
✔ Learn simple techniques to reduce the impact of falls
✔ Build confidence in everyday movement
✔ Enjoy social interaction and refreshments in a welcoming environment

Judo Swansea is proud to launch the collaboration with Swansea Council COAST providing free kids judo classes along with a health snack for all participants over the summer holidays.

Join our regular class at Penlan Leisure Centre 6:30-7:30.

All junior judo classes will be free all through the summer holidays for existing and new members.
