Chloe, my daughter, was 15/16 - can never remember - when I started my VA business. Being home when she was, was lovely. I had carried mum guilt for years prior - having to work during school holidays, not being able to go on school trips with her, missing events, having to drop her off at childcare.

I have no regrets in life, because we make decisions that suit us in the moment we're making them. But I do wish I'd started my VA journey years before 2015.
