Juniors have had great fun and learnt a lot this evening. Identify the piece of vet kit, milk a cow and calve a cow all done with lots of laughs. Massive thanks to Ella & Lydia from Drove Farm Vets.

Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated 75 years of the Club last night. Great to see so many members and former members from across the generations and 25 Chairman from across the ages. Here’s to the next 75 years!

Delivered this morning to Brighter Futures at Great Western Hospital, Christmas Shoe Boxes which were made up by Members at their meeting last week.

Junior Members have had great fun tonight making Guys & toasting marshmallows.

Tonight the Junior members were joined by the Senior Club and had a fascinating tour of Berkeley Farm Dairy. They visited the farm and learnt about the whole pasteurisation and bottling process. They also learnt about the production of yoghurt & kefir and how the plant utilises green energy. Thank you very much to the Gosling family for hosting us.

Members had a very informative talk from Swindon & District Bee Keepers Association last night learning all about the life and work of a honey bee and best of all they got to taste some honey!

Juniors had their first meeting of the new year tonight. An evening spent learning how to play Polocrosse minus the horses! They learnt how to catch, throw, bounce and pick up a ball before finishing off with a game.
