Unfortunately we have some bad news.

In October, Wesley, my Husband, father of our 3 children and GiveItSome’s tech and website developer, suffered a severe and life changing stroke.

He’s currently in Oxford undergoing therapy for Right side paralysis and loss of speech, he should be home mid February.

Our events will not run next year and to be honest, we probably won’t be in a position to run them the year after either. Especially as Wesley was the one who enjoyed running the events the most!

We hope you are able to enjoy other challenges in the year and keep finding the motivation to get out on your bikes. We’re already missing ours.

My friend has kindly set up a GoFundMe account to help with travel costs and extra therapy for Wez, so i’ll leave the link below if anyone is interested in having a look.

The ride times are on the website for yesterdays ride. If we need to change your route just message me with your ride number and the route you ended up doing and we'll update it :)

Rider's Times

What a day! It's been a tiring few days but we did it. Riders were happy. Volunteers were happy. Now to take down all that signage!

Just to add to the event information email - the weather looks a bit changeable so bring along waterproofs and a change of clothes for after! Anyone who has signed up today should receive their event email in the next few minutes. Good luck for tomorrow - cycle hard so you have plenty of excuse to indulge in some of our homemade cake at the finish :)

Up since 5am doing the signage for Savernake Sizzler, only to take it all down again come Monday! What fun :)

OK so it's not the neatest but... I'm having fun updating all our chalkboards ready for Sundays and enjoying a cool evening in the garden :)

My evening plans... Sorting out our signage for less than two weeks to go!

We had a great time this weekend at our second Twilight Tour event! Tired now though and my living room is full of camping stuff :) I'll be sorting out the photo's and ride times asap, along with the post event email and website updates... so look out for those. Thank you to everyone who came and made it a great evening, it was great to see some familiar faces and meet new ones too!
