2007 - Left school with no real idea of what I wanted to do in the โ€˜big bad worldโ€™ ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒŽ

2007 - Persued an interest at college & competed a BTEC in Travel & Tourism โœˆ๏ธ

2008 - Completed my Personal Training qualifications with goal of being a PT on a cruise liner ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ›ณ

2008 - Met the most determined and passionate guy Manjit with a dream to open a 1:1 Body Transformation Personal Training Studio ๐Ÿง”๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿฆ‚

2009 - At 18 I got my first gym job ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿป

2010 - Manjit fulfilled his dream & proposed joining the AF Team as a Junior Coach (Guess what, I accepted๐Ÿ˜‚)

2010- Worked my bum off 6am-2pm at my gym job- raced straight to AF Studio, hitting 14+ hour days ๐Ÿฅต

2011 - Cut my gym shifts in half, built up my knowledge, confidence, client base & client results within Absolutely Fit Studio ๐Ÿง 

2011 - I took the daunting plunge at 22 years old to become a full-time self-employed Coach ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

2015 - Built my passion and hobby into a full-time paying career, coaching solely from our private studio, no classes or freelancing ๐Ÿ’™

2015- Had built a fully-booked client diary & โ€˜retiredโ€™ from weekend caching (hello Friday feeling!) ๐Ÿฅณ

2018 - Purchased my first home with my fiancรฉ ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿป

2020 - Celebrated 10 years of helping change peoples lives at Absolutely Fit ๐Ÿฅณ & Covid-19 hit (didnโ€™t celebrate this!)

2021- Turning 30 in 4 weeks (tomorrow) ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป

2021- Iโ€™m hungrier than ever to grow personally & change more lives with Absolutely Fit to countries far and wide! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

For example: have you got an important exam coming up?

๐ŸŒŸ Did you know, your energy and concentration (glycogen) supply is more responsive & accessible in the morning, (after the body and brain have been re-charged ๐Ÿ”‹) & before an 8 hour shift has frazzled you?!โšก๏ธ๐Ÿง ๐ŸŒŸ

Why donโ€™t you pre-set your alarm โฐ just 20 minutes earlier & tweak your current routine to use this time to revise.

Your future self will thank you!!

Here is a simple but effective exercise that you can do on this ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

Q: โ€œ How long do I do it forโ“โ€

A: โ€œEverybodyโ€™s core strength is completely different.

Put your focus on the quality of stress core on the muscles rather than the time- quality over quantityโ—๏ธ

If you feel any strain on the lower back simply come down onto you knees, then stop, rest & repeatโ—๏ธโ€

This will get some very much needed endorphins flowing โœ…

Before we all log off, kick back, and try and get that Friday feeling... whatever that is these days!๐Ÿคช
