2007 - Left school with no real idea of what I wanted to do in the โbig bad worldโ ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ๐
2007 - Persued an interest at college & competed a BTEC in Travel & Tourism โ๏ธ
2008 - Completed my Personal Training qualifications with goal of being a PT on a cruise liner ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ณ
2008 - Met the most determined and passionate guy Manjit with a dream to open a 1:1 Body Transformation Personal Training Studio ๐ง๐ฝ๐ฆ
2009 - At 18 I got my first gym job ๐ถ๐ป
2010 - Manjit fulfilled his dream & proposed joining the AF Team as a Junior Coach (Guess what, I accepted๐)
2010- Worked my bum off 6am-2pm at my gym job- raced straight to AF Studio, hitting 14+ hour days ๐ฅต
2011 - Cut my gym shifts in half, built up my knowledge, confidence, client base & client results within Absolutely Fit Studio ๐ง
2011 - I took the daunting plunge at 22 years old to become a full-time self-employed Coach ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
2015 - Built my passion and hobby into a full-time paying career, coaching solely from our private studio, no classes or freelancing ๐
2015- Had built a fully-booked client diary & โretiredโ from weekend caching (hello Friday feeling!) ๐ฅณ
2018 - Purchased my first home with my fiancรฉ ๐ญ๐ป
2020 - Celebrated 10 years of helping change peoples lives at Absolutely Fit ๐ฅณ & Covid-19 hit (didnโt celebrate this!)
2021- Turning 30 in 4 weeks (tomorrow) ๐๐ป
2021- Iโm hungrier than ever to grow personally & change more lives with Absolutely Fit to countries far and wide! ๐
- Hungry to enjoy more time like this with my loved ones!! โฅ๏ธ

That should read,
โAre you making time for things that matterโ๏ธโ
For example: have you got an important exam coming up?
๐ Did you know, your energy and concentration (glycogen) supply is more responsive & accessible in the morning, (after the body and brain have been re-charged ๐) & before an 8 hour shift has frazzled you?!โก๏ธ๐ง ๐
Why donโt you pre-set your alarm โฐ just 20 minutes earlier & tweak your current routine to use this time to revise.
Your future self will thank you!!

Here is a simple but effective exercise that you can do on this ๐๐ผ
Q: โ How long do I do it forโโ
A: โEverybodyโs core strength is completely different.
Put your focus on the quality of stress core on the muscles rather than the time- quality over quantityโ๏ธ
If you feel any strain on the lower back simply come down onto you knees, then stop, rest & repeatโ๏ธโ
This will get some very much needed endorphins flowing โ
Before we all log off, kick back, and try and get that Friday feeling... whatever that is these days!๐คช
