This deeply restful guided meditation is done lying down, wrapped in blankets, allowing body and mind to fully switch off. Perfect if you feel tired, busy, overwhelmed or simply in need of a peaceful pause.

A warm, friendly end to a soothing evening.
No yoga experience needed.

💫 New 6 week Yoga class dates - Feb/March
Hello lovely yogis,
February/March 6 week yoga course is open for booking now & I'd you love you to join me on the mat.
A gentle friendly class with space to breathe, stretch and reset, as we come out of winter.
My sessions are suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga or anyone wanting calm movement in a supportive group.
Both classes at Brittons Ash Community Hall, Mondays 6pm & Tuesday's 5:30pm.
Spaces are limited.

✨Thank you to everyone who joined me for November’s Yoga Nidra — an evening of deep rest, mindful relaxation, and gentle nervous system reset.
With calm music, soft breathwork for calm, and a long guided relaxation, the whole space felt nourishing and peaceful.
