We’ll look at where you are now, where you want to go, what’s working (and what isn’t!), and help you come away with some clear, practical next steps.

On Wednesday 19th August, we're so excited to welcome Abi for a joyful Family Drumming Circle.

This isn't about being musical or performing. It's about sharing an experience together.

Research has shown that drumming can support focus, coordination, listening skills and wellbeing, but more than anything, it brings people together in a way that's hard to describe until you've experienced it for yourself.

Whether your young person is outgoing or quietly finding their place, everyone is welcome. There are no wrong notes—just an opportunity to laugh, learn and make memories together.

A few moments from our lovely Reiki Share last week ✨

With six of us there we started the evening working in pairs before coming together for some beautiful group sessions. We like to make these a bit of a freestyle! Using Reiki alongside crystals, tuning forks, sound and whatever else we felt guided to use in the moment…💫
