THIS HALF-TERM KAIZEN KAIKAN WILL BE HOSTING A 2-DAY GASSHUKU (TRAINING) CAMP. THIS CAMP IS OFFERED TO CURRENT STUDENTS AS WELL AS ANY NEW STUDENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US.

THIS WILL BE THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS WISHING TO GET SOME EXTRA TRAINING BEFORE ANY FUTURE GRADINGS.
THE CAMP WILL INCLUDE TRADITIONAL KARATE, JUDO, JIU-JITSU, MMA AND WEAPONS TRAINING

THIS ACTION PACKED TWO DAYS WILL BE HELD AT KINGSTON METHODIST CHURCH AND WILL RUN FROM 10AM-2PM

Tuesdays: Kids Karate and Parents Karate (separate mat spaces) 5-5:45pm, Brazilian Ju Jitsu 5:45- 6:30pm, Japanese Ju Jitsu 6:30- 7:30pm, MMA 7:30- 8:30pm.

Saturdays: Open mat 9-10am, MMA 10-11am, Karate 11am-12pm, Kobudo (weapons) 12-1pm.
