‘I started my fitness journey 20 years ago. A young woman who was morbidly obese, uncomfortable in her own skin and lacking in self-esteem.
I started training to lose weight but it turned into my passion. I fell in love with weight training and it was no longer about looking good it was about feeling good and pushing myself to a level of strength I once thought was unattainable.
I am passionate about helping others to reach their full potential. It gives me great pleasure to motivate and inspire people, sharing my story and reminding others that we all start somewhere and no matter what obstacles we face along the way the reward at the end is immeasurable.’
