Inversion and core work. The headstand is one of the most highly prized asanas and brings great benefits. In our classes we will learn to perform the headstand
Ashtanga yoga uses alot of upper body pushing movements. I recommend some extra hanging, core work and pull-ups to complement the practice and develop even strength

“Yoga” means “union”. I believe the things you really love unite you with the source. Maybe dance is your yoga? Or reading books? Or singing? Or mathematical calculations? Apart from all of that, everyone needs to breathe, everyone needs a healthy diet and a healthy routine. Yoga asanas can become a part of your daily routine. After a few classes you will do them automatically without fatigue and they will become your healthy habit. Just try!
