2026 looks a little different at CORE yoga - starting this Friday 23rd January!
Classes will be held live and on line at the NEW TIME of 8.30am - and whilst I am sad to be no longer teaching my Friday morning at Up and Running I am really chuffed to be opening up an on line community.
The classes will remain the same - precision based flow yoga to help build strength and increase flexibility in equal measures.
You can book your class in the normal way on my website and choose to join the class live or receive a recording.

Summer has been fun …. sun ☀️ travel 🧳 family time 🤸🏼 and now it’s back to school season and back to yoga classes 🧘🏻♀️

Reflecting on last Saturday. 1 week ago now!
The day marked the end of the most fabulous journey, of which I hope there will be many more.
I do love to set myself personal challenges that I am not sure I can complete - and this time the most amazing bunch of cycling mates came on the ride too - literally.
330km from coast to coast in one day beating the sun ☀️
An example of how one big challenge is broken down into 4 week chunks over 6 months making that said challenge achievable and realistic! Trusting in the process and believing that it’s possible being part of a team and most of all having fun along the way!

It’s official …. we are BACK in the studio 🧘🏽
So excited to see my lovely yoga clients after the summer break. These classes are fully inclusive to all and I am always delighted to welcome new clients.
In my ‘flow’ classes you will experience technical vinyasa based flow with an even balanced sequence developing strength, mobility & flexibility. Students will leave class feeling lighter yet stronger, grounded yet energised.
Sunday evening yin, a perfect chance for us to calm & rest our body & mind. Bringing together western science & eastern tradition, in this class we discover the benefits of long holds release built up unwanted tension both in our physical & emotional bodies. Students will leave class feeling a balanced sense of energy & calm.

Sad to announce that I have made the difficult decision to end my ‘Tuesday night track’ era.
I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has rocked up to run in circles so so much for your loyalty, commitment and energy over the last 12 years.
I will still be here in Tedd, definitely running G3 over the winter, parkrun on a Saturday and hope that I will see you out on the trails 🏃🏻♀️
I will still be teaching yoga on Friday morning and Sunday evening to help to keep us running …. so watch this space for more info.

This week is mental health awareness week. 13-19 May.
More and more I am mindful about the changing state of the world, how we navigate the pace of change and the impact that has in our mental health.
For the last 12 years it has been my aim to help us to move more and find stillness in equal parts - to help others and also to help myself. Why? Because it helps us feel better, give us permission to pause and helps us hold space for those around us.
This Sunday 19th May I choose to donate all fees for my Online Yin & Meditation class to support the
In this guided 60min class we focus on releasing tension from body and mind as we practice breathing techniques, hold poses that help us to let go, and take time to be still.

Back from a lovely break to the Sierra Nevada mountains - stunning views, amazing snow, gorgeous wide ‘pistas’ and many laughs (although we did miss you J). Oh and only €2 for a coffee ☕️ WIN!
