Newsroom - Self-defence classes a hit for women and girls Free self-defences classes being held at Woodside community centre in Telford and Wrekin, have proven to be a big hit with women and girls.

The next MCQC Levle 1 instructors course is now scheduled to take place on the 21/22 and 28/29 May 2022. It is free to attend for all qualified MCQC trainers and for those who would like to complete the trainers course for the first time it is £350. This includes four days of face to face intensive training and access to the online training resources to help further develop your skills and to prevent skills fade.
