Long Crendon Netball Club

Long Crendon Netball Club A friendly league club with 4 teams in the Aylesbury District Netball League. We also enter a 1-2 social teams in to the summer league.

We train on Mondays 7-8.30 in Thame and have matches Weds nights in Aylesbury (Sept-Mar).

On Saturday we paid tribute to all the brilliant volunteers in netball and in particular, our club mate's mum. The Ros Rush Memorial Tournament raised over £1200 for the British Heart Foundation and as always was brilliant fun to play in. A respectable 4th for the team who played under the name JB Judo (JB for our late team mate Jen and Judo as that was the name of Ros and Jo's club). Massive thanks to the organisers.

It was a clean sweep for the club with wins for Diamonds and Hearts too. 💪

First game of the season is a killer!! Some great performances though- wins for Aces and Diamonds in Div 3 and a very close match for Hearts in Div one. Royals start next week.

What a wonderful night for our annual memorial match for our former club member, Jen Brackenbury.

A lovely speech by her lifelong friend and teammate, Kath, and some fantastic netball from both clubs.

Most importantly, there was lots of money raised for the British Heart Foundation too!
