Why "Intentional" Movement?

​Breath is Medicine: Using your diaphragm correctly helps re-knit your deep core and calms your nervous system.

​Alignment Over Intensity: Squatting to pick up a toy with a neutral spine does more for your recovery than 50 rushed sit-ups.
