I hope you are well. It looks like you have a lovely set-up for yoga. I met you in India a few years ago with Massimo at Casa Domingo in Goa.

I hope you are well and keeping safe during this COVID time? I rarely do any social media yet am hoping friends can help me out with dissemating some research. If possible please could you share the below with any health professionals (to non-NHS/private email) you know, who practise yoga and pranayama/deep breathing - even if they have iregular practise. From 1st April next week, Antonella.Yoga and I will be teaching yoga classes catering for all abilities, styles, days and times. We are excited to be able to guide you into a relaxed and calmer state. As well as gaining strength, flexibility and allowing fresh blood flow to move around your body.

This will be using ZOOM. You can download the ZOOM app on your phone or use your computer/laptop.
