Called out to leak from ceiling, after thorough inspection found that an incorrectly aligned bath tap was allowing water to pass and travel along the ceiling 2m. After 2 other companies wanted to lift the flooring in the bedroom or cut out the ceiling in the living room suspecting a heating pipe was the issue. Realigned and tested.

Asked to remove water damaged boxing and investigate ongoing source of ongoing leak. Leak due to incorrectly pull up waste.

Pop up waste mechanism snapped on bath, managed to remove the broken part in waste and replace with a new mechanism.

Old lead waste pipe blocked and unable to clear removed and replaced in plastic.
Gas leak found after carrying out tightness test on property failed. Leak found on tenants cooker on landlord gas safety check. Supply isolated then repair carried out to enable landlord safety check to be completed.
