Ahh look at him, all worn out from an afternoon walk. He’s my best friend when we get back 👏🏼

He likes walks, I like walks, walking is good for you.. So why aren’t you doing it? It doesn’t mean you have to get a dog, just get outside and get those legs moving, that means getting off the treadmill.

Why would you go to the gym and spend an hour walking on the treadmill when you can (probably use less effort) walking out your front door and around the beauty we live in?

Here’s a small list of the benefits of cardio (walking..):
👉 Reduced Stress
👉 Improved cognition and memory
👉 Improved self confidence
👉 Easier to keep up with the kids
👉 Reduction in the rates of 35 chronic diseases including diabetes and cancer

So after going through that list I ask you again.. Why are you not doing it? 🤔
