What better way to mark global running day by taking part in the RunThrough Olympic Park relays

We took 11 teams of 3 to the event with each runner completing the 5K course and handing over to the next runner.

There were a total of 54 teams and we entered 7 mens teams in the 21 team section and 4 ladies teams in the 16 team section

Last weekend we had team running leeds marathon relay event. It’s to support the Rob Burrows charity. Our shirts feature the Ratana fern. Great work team!

There were some great performances and a few PBs

An amazing debut from new member Theo Mcwhirter who came 3rd overall in the 10K with an amazing 34.36!
