Topsham RFC are delighted to welcome Dom Ellery to the club ahead of the new season. A hardworking, uncompromising back row forward, Dom brings relentless physicality, a huge work rate and a team-first mentality. Never one to shy away from contact, he’s ready to put his body on the line, keep improving every week and make a real impact in blue.

-Preseason contest ends in defeat-

Our first outing of the year ended with a loss to neighbours Exeter Uni however there was plenty of positives to take forward. Effectively playing with two sides we made comprehensive changes at the break to ensure game time for as many as possible including many's first Topsham Senior appearances. With game time in the legs our attention turns to the rest of our pre-season schedule and the countdown to our league openers.

📝We begin the countdown to the new season with our first pre-season run out this evening against Exeter Uni. Plenty of lads involved with rolling subs and widespread changes expected throughout...here's whose involved. If coming down today please ensure you validate your parking in the clubhouse upon arrival.

🚗A reminder to register your vehicle on the tablets in the clubhouse for verified parking if visiting this evening

🚗Confirmation that as of midnight tonight the new parking system at the club will go live.

Visitors to the club at times when the clubhouse is open, i/e club events, matchdays etc will need to put their details into the tablet inside the clubhouse to exempt their vehicle. There will be signage to remind you of this.

Anyone else parking outside of times like the above will need to ensure they have purchased the necessary ticket.

💙Just one day to go until rugby returns at Bonfire Field. Our first preseason fixture gets underway at 18:30 tomorrow (28th August) as we take on Exeter Uni in a warmup contest.

Topsham Girls Rugby continues every Thursday at Bonfire Field (EX3 0LY) 18:00 till 19:00. Ages 14-18 (over 18s can join the Tempests) and all abilities welcome whether new or experienced player.

Come and join our section which feeds directly into our long standing and county renowned Women's section. Our Girls section offers a wonderful opportunity to socialise and make new friemds all whilst playing rugby.
