Having a late evening with both ramps busy after having a few days spinal down time 🩻🫡

The Engine is back in the mito after a comprehensive full engine rebuild 🏍️💨💨 awaits a woodruff key to arrive to get a tune out of it so cases on next and fill with coolant and reinstate the 2T oil pump..

The castrol Honda fireblade for the forks to be removed for seals and oil to be replaced in next couple days after a failed fork seal and then it’s original job it came in for a coolant drain and flush a refill with silkolene MAG cool coolant as requested by customer 👍

Afternoon 🫡

We recently had a call on a Sunday afternoon to help a lad out who was close by to unit who’s slack chain had jumped off its rear sprocket and wrapped it self around the front and jammed up on the road side so we went out to help out and arrived with the customer and chap called ash swain had stopped to get the lad back on the road with his kitted out tool van 👍

So from there we limped it to the unit and took the bike on to replace the chain and ninja star sprockets for him with some JT sprockets and chain set budget allowing,

Bike was back with customer asap and Now back on the road happy for another few 1000s of miles 🫡

Unfortunately we didn’t have time for obligatory bath they all have while in our care but it was a drop job and he needed back asap so that’s what we did 👍

Sorry, not posted in a while! 🫡

We’ve recently had this one-of-one Triumph Tiger T800 on steroids a proper streamer engine cafe racer machine on the ramps.

It came to us with an oil leak from the rocker cover gasket, which had started to age and go hard around the usual camshaft dowels in the cylinder head, so we set about replacing that.

The fan wasn’t cutting in either, so the radiator switch was replaced. The temperature sensor had also failed through age-related issues, causing the digital dash to constantly flash a red temperature warning, even from cold. That was also sorted with a genuine Triumph part. 🫡

Whilst the bike was with us, the customer wanted it fully recommissioned after spending a few years resting. It had only covered 559 miles since being built, so we carried out a full service, coolant change, fluid changes, brake service and got the MOT sorted.

It’s now ready to tear up some tarmac again! 👍

Cafe Racer Kits is a Lincoln-based company selling high-quality, direct-fit cafe racer conversion kits for a selection of older motorcycles.

We’re really looking forward to seeing what they bring over for a session on the ramps next! 🧐

I believe they’re going to be putting this bike up for sale, as it was a prototype build that never went into full production. It really is a one-of-one, great-looking bit of kit! Very well built and designed parts wise and I Absolutely love the colour 👌 very madmax vibe toit and a marmite bike you either love or hate it..

🔧🛠️ We have been playing with our new 30ltr ultra sonic cleaner and wow what a difference it makes and so much easier 👍

A stack of mikuni Suzuki Katana 750 carburettors that the bike had been sat for number of years and jets had blocked and slides had been gruffted into place with the green residue left from old fuel stagnantion 🤢🤮

X2 30min baths at 50 degrees using the grime X carburettor cleaning solution and what a difference it has made internally and externally…

The sludge left in tank at end goes to show how hard it worked 🫡

New float needle assembly’s fitted and float heights set with new bowl gaskets along with some new manifold boots, this ode girl should be firing strait into life again on all four once fitted back to the bike 🏍️💨

We have recently had this little Lexmoto tempest 125 Cafe racer in for a small recommission after a couple years of being dry stored garaged by owner now is no longer needed he wanted to prepare it for the road and forsale,

It’s 2018 with 5380 miles so didn’t require to much work to get it back out on the road 🏍️💨💨

Work required was

* Fork seals and dust seals and 10w oil replaced
* Spark plug
* Oil changed strainer cleaned
* Chain and sprockets
* New battery
* Brake fluids replaced and ABS lines
* Brakes stripped cleaned and serviced
* EML turning off due to battery voltage
* Touch in a few spots of rust as these are made from Chineseium
* New pair of grips
* A good bath and a degrease and polish is back to gleaming
* Full 12 month MOT

This bike Rides great no issues starts on the button
There’s Lots of life in tyres ,and It also has USB charger built in

This will make someone a great little bike for someone 🏍️💨💨

I have been asked to see if I can sell on behalf of the owner with a asking price of £1300ono if anyone is interested 🫡

We recently had this Honda cbf1000 in for a pair of tyres and a pre road trip check over before a trip to the Netherlands 🇳🇱

We replaced a tired pair of Pirelli’s for a pair of nice Bridgestone T31s for that good grip and mileage the customer was after not a soft compound with all the grip he wouldn’t use and the road trip will eat up he wanted something that will do both and decided on this choice 🫡

Checking the brake pads and fluids all around etc as we went on with replacing the tyres and gave the rims a quick bath whilst we had them stripped..

Happy road trip and thanks for bringing it in 🫡🇳🇱🏍️💨💨

We recently went to the Lincolnshire classic motor show with Roose Motorsport on there trade stand..

We took the 1992 mk3 fiesta RS1800 and
1989 kawazaki zxr400H1 to display 👍
Both drew lots off attention in there own ways the bike because of its bright colour and rarity

Was a great day with over 700 cars in attending, live rally stage and motorcycle stunt arena and many many trade stalls

Paul Roose won BEST IN SHOW with his gold plated 3 door Sierra cosworth

Yes the fiesta was a trailer queen for the weekend 🫡
