We have recently had a lovely mint historic 1985 suzuki GSX550E in for a small recommission for a customer before letting it go to a new owner 🏍️💨

We had this lovely oldskool Toyota hilux in for a small patch on the end of sill/inner wing a couple months ago..

As requested by customer we patched over the hole and rebuilt the sill end with abit of fiberglass to hold it together better untill he can get a full sill to chop in but didn’t want to open the can of worms just yet so we made good of a bad situation 🫡

Ground out the rot and kurrusted area patched over and seam sealed, red oxided and customer was to primer correct for colour and paint the sill end him self 👍

All welding jobs to be seen in person before any quotes and will always be based on a worse case senario as you just nerve no with metal rot unfortunately 👍

We’ve recently had this Honda nc500x back in for the work found on 1st visit to us consisting of..

• front and rear brake strip & clean service
• front pads replaced
• brake fluids front and rear flushed
• valve clearances checked
• timing chain tensioner checked and within serviceable requirements
• head stock bearings replaced
• fork seals and oil replaced
• YSS fork emulators fitted supplied by customer
• oil and filter replaced
• X2 spark plugs replaced
• air filter replaced
• rear wheel bearings replaced inc Cush drive bearing (front wheel done on 1st visit)
• coolant drained flushed and refilled with de-iornised water and red coolant
• radiator painted whilst removed for valve clearances checks
• radiator alloy protection cover fitted

Of course had a good old clean up as standard 🏍️💨💨

We recently had a mini one in for a repair to the roof to be touched up and covered using a raptor paint satin black

The car was looking a little worn out and sorry for its self and the customer required a cheap and effective way of covering up the eyesore that was letting the car down..

So we did as requested and flatted the roof back and treated the rust patches that sticker removal had caused over the years and used some 2k satin black base coat and finishing it with a raptor paint satin black for a hard wearing colour protection 🫡

Looking much happier now and the customer was more than happy with the outcome for the price win win 👍

We recently had this lovely workhorse commuter of a Suzuki SV650 in for ..
•full brake service front and rear
•front pads replaced
• seized front pad pins removed and replaced
•both fluids flushed and replaced
• rims stripped and painted
•A proper DE-WINTERISE bath ready to look nice in the summer sun!!☀️☀️

Whilst cleaning the bike the wheels which were red we thaught was black when bike arrived the paint was flaking off so customer requested we paint the rims quick job for him while the bike was on a holiday with us 👍

Now this workhorse has left us a shiney show pony 🫡🏍️💨💨

We recently had a lovely Kawasaki ER6F in for a full service all fluids replaced
brakes serviced and some heated grips fitted and a good de-winter bath..

As it is his main source of transport he uses it all year round it’s awkward to keep clean especially with the wet one we have recently had!!

•Spark plugs replaced
•Air filter replaced
•Oil and oil filter replaced
•Chain cleaned and re lubed
•Brakes stripped cleaned greased
•Brake fluids flushed replaced
•Oxford heated grips fitted to ignition
•Pre mot checks

Owner was chuffed to see a shine to the bike when collecting 🫡 it pictures never do any justice to before or after pictures!!

We’ve had something abit different in last week ..

A stunner of a single axle trailer used for taking the gents mobility scooter down to the golf course on a Wednesday 🦼💨💨

One pair of bearings had failed and seen better days always curb side of course.. so we renewed them all at the customers request will see him out now as he put it 🫡

Not just shiney things come thru this workshop now back out on the road tearing up the tarmac to the greens!!

It has Been a battle between the 400s this week in the workshop 🏍️🏍️💨💨

🇯🇵 1992 Kawasaki zxr400 L2 in-line 4
🇯🇵 1996 Honda rvf400 nc35 V4

Kawasaki just gettin some more attention before completion we can see the light 💡 after a full strip down all frame bearings replaced etc

Honda rvf is the beginning of the light restoration the owner wanted so can use this summer and go depper in to it over coming winter 🫡
We will be showing the progress as we go… with lots of tyga parts
Plenty of carbon parts we shall cut in house
quick shifter,igitech ecu,single seat unit etc steering damper setup
It will make for a nice bike!
