We have been playing with our new 30ltr ultra sonic cleaner and wow what a difference it makes and so much easier 👍

A stack of mikuni Suzuki Katana 750 carburettors that the bike had been sat for number of years and jets had blocked and slides had been gruffted into place with the green residue left from old fuel stagnantion 🤢🤮

X2 30min baths at 50 degrees using the grime X carburettor cleaning solution and what a difference it has made internally and externally 🫡

The sludge left in tank at end goes to show how hard it worked

New float needle assembly’s fitted and float heights set with new bowl gaskets along with some new manifold boots, this ode girl should be firing strait into life again on all four once fitted back to the bike 🫡🫡

We have recently had this little Lexmoto tempest 125 Cafe racer in for a small recommission after a couple years of being dry stored garaged by owner now is no longer needed he wanted to prepare it for the road and forsale,

It’s 2018 with 5380 miles so didn’t require to much work to get it back out on the road 🏍️💨💨

Work required was

* Fork seals and dust seals and 10w oil replaced
* Spark plug
* Oil changed strainer cleaned
* Chain and sprockets
* New battery
* Brake fluids replaced and ABS lines
* Brakes stripped cleaned and serviced
* EML turning off due to battery voltage
* Touch in a few spots of rust as these are made from Chineseium
* New pair of grips
* A good bath and a degrease and polish is back to gleaming
* Full 12 month MOT

This bike Rides great no issues starts on the button
There’s Lots of life in tyres ,and It also has USB charger built in

This will make someone a great little bike for someone 🏍️💨💨

We recently had this Honda cbf1000 in for a pair of tyres and a pre road trip check over before a trip to the Netherlands 🇳🇱

We replaced a tired pair of Pirelli’s for a pair of nice Bridgestone T31s for that good grip and mileage the customer was after not a soft compound with all the grip he wouldn’t use and the road trip will eat up he wanted something that will do both and decided on this choice 🫡

Checking the brake pads and fluids all around etc as we went on with replacing the tyres and gave the rims a quick bath whilst we had them stripped..

We recently went to the Lincolnshire classic motor show with Roose Motorsport on there trade stand..

We took the 1992 mk3 fiesta RS1800 and
1989 kawazaki zxr400H1 to display 👍
Both drew lots off attention in there own ways the bike because of its bright colour and rarity

Was a great day with over 700 cars in attending, live rally stage and motorcycle stunt arena and many many trade stalls

Paul Roose won BEST IN SHOW with his gold plated 3 door Sierra cosworth

Yes the fiesta was a trailer queen for the weekend 🫡

Here’s one we dont normally get involved with is this kind of wizardry, We have recently had this 2020 Yamaha areox r4st in with starting and running issues ..

We started with the usual inspections after customer stated possibly needed a carb clean but we soon found the bike is a single point injection system so we worked through the bike and also found a couple cracks in the exhaust pipe before the co2 sensor also would help with the extra air drawn in so rectified that and we worked it down to very low compression on the engine around the 100psi mark which was enough to start the bike after it turning over a number of times but as soon as throttle was added it cut out,

A good running engine should see compression between 120-130psi on these particular engines..

When removed air box while bike was running smoke was billowing out through the breather hose back into the air box also not helping due to worn rings..
So we ordered in a barrel and piston kit and set about replacing the top end

Also while bike was with us noted the rear tyre was just about leagal and the front had a little bit left but the customer requested we change the pair for a set of nice Michelins.
And while the wheels were out we noticed the front pads were about done with Also so again customer requested we change them out whilst we had them off and save returning at a date,

Now returned to the owner after a good clean up valet (forgot to get pictures) and he is doing the run in process and will be up for a oil change after 200mile

The 1989 zxr400H1 is now all buttoned up carbs all balanced to a T sounding mega on the full micron system and A16 carbon silencer that doesn’t do any silencing be nice to hear this thing scream as it should 🫡
A new set of boots are on the cards the scrubs were a means to an end at the time..

And the 1998 rvf400 nc35 has passed its mot and will be back on the road for abit in august after last having a mot in 2016 ,,
she’s had a good rest and a full on pampering at the health spa these last 6 months or so but has been with me over 2 years!
With one happy owner to be finally gettin his loved one back it sounds awsome with the Johnson can..

It has a single seat unit off the rc45 to be fitted In due time will make a post of complete builds separately at a later date..

Both bikes have been on a long journey with me basically turned up a part rolling chassis and a few boxes of bits and bobs both looking abit sorry for them selfs

Lots of attention cleaning painting and part hunting and there back on the tarmac 🏍️💨💨

We’ve pulled the fiesta RS1800 out of a 8 month slumber and gave her a bath on Saturday evening before the dreaded hose pipe ban came in 💦💦 🚿🛁

We are heading up to the Lincolnshire show ground for the Lincolnshire classic motor show this Sunday the 19th 🚗🏎️🚌🛻🏍️🛵

Were on the Roose Motorsport trade stand at the show along with there gold plated Sierra cosworth, Bmw e46 M3, and there time attack Mitsubishi evo 👹

as many or may not no I worked there for about 10 years about 10 years ago on there fabrication side of production and there pit crew team in time attack series, the car was built in that period so only right to pop her out her holding cell for it!

Unfortunately it won’t be driven there as needs crank end oil seal and gearbox output seal doing and MOT expired end of last summer and I have to much on to commit to it or even drive the dam thing at moment, so will be going as a trailer queen 🫅 🚗💨

We recently had this large camper in for a diesel night heater fitting all parts supplied by the customer..

They requested it to be fitted strait to there main fuel tank rarther than a auxiliary tank for heater only supply,

it does make for a tidier conversion and also removes the risk of inside spillages and also fuel odours..

They Also had two leaking caravan type skylights so we stripped them completely out and removed many different types and colours and layers of silicone sealants mainly house variants to get Down the the bear original seal and prepared the surface and re stuck with a tube of CT-1 black sealant on each skylight they will not leak again ever 🫡
