Park Yoga and Yogi tea have come together to celebrate International Yoga day on 21st June.

Come and share a cup of Detox Yogi Tea after the session this Sunday in Trowbridge Park.

Bring along a flask of hot water and we will provide the tea, bring a little something to nibble too if you like?

Well done Park Yoga Trowbridge! Wonderful to see so many people coming out to practice yoga 🧘‍♀️ in the town park.

Next week we will be giving out some more Yogi Tea bags and we invite you to bring a flask of hot water and a cup, bring a little snack too! Let’s come together and enjoy the community spirit. Alternatively you’re very welcome to take it away to enjoy in your own time and space.

Week 7 coming up for Park Yoga 🧘‍♂️ this Sunday and it’s looking like it’s going to be be a sunny 😎 day yay!

Are you looking to reboot your yoga practice or perhaps 🤔 you fancy trying out something different.

Everyone is welcome 🙏 just bring a mat or a towel, some water 💦 and sunscreen if needed.

Come and join the Park Yoga session in Trowbridge town park. 09.30-10.30.

No booking required and it’s free. Small donations are always grateful received. A huge thank you 🙏 to everyone who’s donated so far this season.

We are a registered charity and our mission is to encourage people in our local community to get out and enjoy coming together in our local parks to practice yoga 🧘‍♀️ to promote health and wellbeing.

If you can afford a couple of pounds then please 🙏 do consider doing so. It really doesn’t need to be more than just a couple of pounds as every little bit helps to support the charity.

You can either donate on the day before or after the session. Alternatively, you can donate via the Park Yoga 🧘‍♀️ website.

Park Yoga is a registered charity and our mission is promote health and wellbeing in the community, coming together in the park for an hour of exercise, mindfulness and a sense of connection with nature and one another through yoga.

Feel free to come and join in there's no booking required, no age limit and it's free!
