I donโt even know where to begin with this!
There was never a glimmer of doubt in my mind that you could complete this event but I know how much there was in yours.
It was as much a mental challenge as it was a physical one for you and thatโs unarguably more difficult to contend with. You were incredible!
I could not be more proud to be your coach, youโve worked your arse off and proven just how driven and committed you are, even when your confidence isnโt your biggest strength. Time to change that now ๐ช๐ป

My Over 60s ladies learned to deadlift today! Eep!
Less than 5 minutes in and they were cheering each other on, shouting for โone more rep!โ, encouraging each other that they could put more weight on the bar!
