I donโ€™t even know where to begin with this!

There was never a glimmer of doubt in my mind that you could complete this event but I know how much there was in yours.

It was as much a mental challenge as it was a physical one for you and thatโ€™s unarguably more difficult to contend with. You were incredible!

I could not be more proud to be your coach, youโ€™ve worked your arse off and proven just how driven and committed you are, even when your confidence isnโ€™t your biggest strength. Time to change that now ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

travelandfitness_ you are a force to be reckoned with! Donโ€™t ever forget it.

80kg 1rm squat from today ๐Ÿคฉ

Lucy started training with me in December after I attended one of her Pilates classes.

Sheโ€™d never got off the ground with strength training and initially her goal was to get stronger and build confidence around gym based training.

Four months later - sheโ€™s training confidently in a commercial gym outside of our 1-1 sessions and her strength is soaring month to month.

We decided to implement a goal that was more training specific so today was the day to test the start point.

Keep your eyes peeled for 90kg ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

Oh, and peep the match matchy leggings ๐Ÿ˜‚

My Over 60s ladies learned to deadlift today! Eep!
Less than 5 minutes in and they were cheering each other on, shouting for โ€œone more rep!โ€, encouraging each other that they could put more weight on the bar!

This is what itโ€™s all about! Finding that strength, learning new skills, and doing it with people who want you to win ๐Ÿคฉ
