***Walk Tonbridge Festival: 12-27 Sep 2026***
The Walk Tonbridge Festival returns this September!
We will be offering two weeks of guided walks and community events with a view to raising raising vital funds for Sustain Foodbank Tonbridge Baptist Church.
We also have the Walk Tonbridge Marathon and Mini Marathon!

Up at silly hour so cracked on with a 45 minutes Supersets workout. 3 rounds of each exercise- 2 x upper body and 1 x legs exercise done back to back. Warmup was 10 minutes on the bike and cool down was static upper and lower body stretches

Food prep:
Breakfast bowl: oats, cherries, blackberries, kefir, Greek yogurt, h**p, flax, pumping and sunflower seeds. Option to add nuts or nut butter.
Colourful salad : carrots, lettuce, walnuts, peppers, edamame beans, cucumber, black beans, avocado, tomatoes. Whilst there is a little protein, I will add more each day to keep me full. Salad should last 3 days.
Food prep is the key.
