The most DELICIOUS protein balls I've ever made!...and probably the fastest!

Recipe below ๐Ÿ‘‡

I'm the kind of person that always needs snacks on hand, whether I'm at home or out and about so to make sure I don't grab something unhealthy I make things like this that are full of nutrients and still have some chocolate in there somewhere ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐ŸงIngredients:๐Ÿง
*makes 8 balls
๐ŸงDates - 150g
๐ŸงOats (I used gluten free) - 0.5 cup
๐ŸงDesiccated coconut - 0.25 cups
๐ŸงProtein powder - 1 scoop (I have Huel - Chocolate fudge brownie)
๐ŸงDark chocolate - 50g (melted, for drizzling over the top)

๐Ÿ‘‰Method:
- Mix everything together in a blender and mould into 8 balls.
- Melt the dark chocolate by putting it in a bowl and let it float in a bowl of boiling water. Drizzle it over the top and pop them in the fridge to set
DONE!

Ok, letโ€™s get back on track!

Iโ€™ve had the most amazing birthday weekend thanks to my incredible family and partner. Iโ€™m absolutely bursting with love and gratitude ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’›

I donโ€™t regret a single second of my food or drink choices because Iโ€™ve spent a long time building a positive relationship with food and finding that sweet balance. Pizza and champagne was my diet for the last 3 days and I havenโ€™t been active since Friday. (If you donโ€™t count GoApe ๐Ÿ’)

You CAN enjoy a healthy life by eating the right foods for you and the ones you want but itโ€™s getting the ratios right thatโ€™s important.

Iโ€™ll be joining those of you on the 30 Day Challenge (started yesterday - 19th Sept) which includes consistency with workouts and cleaner eating in quantities and at times that benefit my body and mind!!

Why just plod through life when you can THRIVE!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
