UPPER BODY CONDITIONING BLAST 🔥. 15 reps each | 3 rounds | Up to 60s rest between rounds if needed.

Dumbbells + bodyweight = upper body strength, control, and a serious burn💪

1️⃣ Hand Release Push Ups.
2️⃣ Bicep Curl to Press.
3️⃣ Renegade Rows (each side).
4️⃣ Tricep Dips.
5️⃣ Shoulder Taps (each side).

☕️ Caffeine: A Natural Boost!

It comes from plants like coffee beans and tea leaves… a natural stimulant that wakes up your brain and body.

🔹 When we have caffeinated drinks:
It hits in 15-45 mins, peaks at 1 hour
Boosts alertness, mood, and metabolism
Great for workouts and focus
Buttt too late? It could disrupt sleep and cause jitters

🔹 When we have decaffeinated drinks:
Energy comes from good sleep, hydration & nutrition (all these things you should do even if we have caffeine👀)
Reduces chances of crashes or anxiety
It is perfect for winding down

⏰ If you like it HAVE IT, but try to avoid it after 3 PM for better sleep

Conquoring Snowdon! 🏔️😀🏴

Brutal weather conditions… I just can’t seem to escape the wind and rain lately☔️💨

Tough climb, but totally worth it for the adventure 💪

Personal training can help you acavive lots of things which are not competition goals… that hike you’ve always wanted to do but don’t feel quite fit enough for …running around with your children/grandchildren in the park …lots of goals are functional and focused on our daily lives🌟

4:18:50 first marathon 🥹🤪

Hail, headwind, and a sunburn for good measure. Not the easiest day, but job is done. Happy with that finish! Lessons learnt along the way IF I was to ever do a second one 🤯 for now I will continue to run just because I am able to 🏃‍♀️
