🐮 WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK? 🐮

A bit of a quieter week at the club!

Our seniors are taking a break from training tonight, but will return on Thursday at Ashtead!

We also have no senior men’s game this week as it’s a break week in fixtures for them! Next game is on Saturday 3rd October where they host Inverness Craig Dunain.

But it’s all go for our youngest players who will be back at it on Sunday morning! Minis and micros and our new youth section for S1-4 🤩

🐮 U14 GIRLS 🐮

Well done to Lucy, Maisie and Maree who travelled along to Deeside Rugby this morning for their U14’s Festival! 🤩

A fantastic experience for the girls, getting to play 12-a-side with so many brilliant young female athletes from all over the North East of Scotland. Some absolutely amazing rugby played and lots of smiles all round.

Thank you very much to Deeside for hosting, all the other clubs who attended and to everyone who was involved in making the day happen. We’re already looking forward to seeing them in action at the next one 🏃🏻‍♀️

🐮 U14 GIRLS 🐮

We couldn’t be more proud and excited to be saying good luck to a few of our U14 girls who travel along to Deeside RFC to take part in their festival this morning!

All three of the girls going today came through our minis and micros section and have now moved into our newly established youth section ready to move up in their rugby journey.

Good luck girls and most of all enjoy it! ❤️

Turriff RFC 50 - 10 Caithness Rugby FC

A brilliant game to watch in lovely conditions at The Haughs ☀️

We want to extend a special thank you to Caithness for coming down even on short numbers - showing heart, dedication and true rugby values when a lot of others would have just not played. You should be extremely proud of yourselves for travelling over four hours to represent your club regardless to get the game played 🤝 and well done to our Turriff lads who pulled on the Caithness top and put in a huge shift!

🐮 YOUTH RUGBY RECRUITMENT 🐮

Did you know Turriff RFC now has a youth section? 🥳

A goal that has been in the works ever since the establishment of our minis and micros in 2024, we can now offer rugby to those in S1-4!

We train on Sundays (with a view to increase this as we grow!) 10-11:30am at our pitch at The Haughs. Whilst this section of the club has only just begun, we already have a dedicated and talented group of players who are already looking forward to some playing opportunities in the coming weeks! 👏

We are a friendly, welcoming and family oriented club who love our rugby but also love the family and friendship we gain alongside it.

Got a young player who might want to give it a go? Give us a message and we’d be more than happy to help! 📥

🐮 WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK? 🐮

Another full week ahead for the club!

Tonight and Thursday our seniors return to Ashtead Technology for training as the darker nights start to creep in…🥲

The men will be preparing themselves for their HOME game on Saturday, hosting Caithness 2XV down at The Haughs 🤩 3pm KO.

And then as usual our youngsters finish off the week on Sunday at our pitch🏃🏻‍♀️

Well done to Danka, Lyndsey and Anya who travelled along to help Aberdeen Uni Women in their home fixture against Orkney yesterday!

It was a well fought, end to end battle that ended in a 32-42 win for the visitors.

Well done for putting in a great shift ladies 🙌
