As you can see she loved meeting the mums & babies at the postnatal class.

I love teaching our Twickenham Mums & Babies pilates class on a Thursday morning.
Often the all mums go for a coffee & chat after class.
Today I joined them for the coffee bringing along the latest addition of my family to meet all the babies ❤️

Women's health pilates workshop led by a Physiotherapist & Women's Health Pilates instructor.
Education to prepare and guide you through the Perimenopause and Menopause transition. Including specific exercise advice during this time.
The workshop will also include a pilates class focusing on muscle strength, injury prevention, bone health and pelvic floor control.
