Cosmic Martial Arts and Fitness School

Cosmic Martial Arts is delighted to be partnering with Achieving for Children Kingston & Richmond Youth Service (AfC) for their first ever cross-school mental health event for young people aged 10–19, taking place next week. There are lots of activities on offer so please have a look via the link below.

The event, "Beautiful Minds," is an area that is close to our hearts and aligns with our personal development and growth philosophy for our students. We’ll be there with our team.

An invitation has been sent to all schools across the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to join in on the day with their students.

Beautiful Minds is a series of 3 events spanning 2 days.
👧🏻 Primary Schools - Tuesday 16th May is dedicated to primary schools, Years 5 & 6.
🧑🏽‍🦱 Secondary Schools - Wednesday 17th May is dedicated to secondary schools, Years 7–10.

Great Survivors Interclub. Big thank you to Lennox and the team for organising the local event. It was great working with all the coaches from the clubs. We were all proud of all of the students! ❤️

Well done to the kickboxing competitors who competed at Survivors Interclub. And thanks to all of the parents and coaches for their support. 🥊🥳

All of the competitors showed fantastic resilience, respect, composure and the courage to push past the nerves and put themselves forward to compete & fight. Especially as it was the first fight/comp for them all.
