Across cultures and continents dance has long been a tool for self expression, celebration and collective liberation - dance is how our soul expresses through our body
This 90 minute somatic practice will combine dance, free movement and elements of yoga for a cathartic release of the body, heart and mind. You will be guided by an epic playlist of earthy beats and global rhythms as we move through waves of shaking, jumping, intuitive asana and somatic exercises.

A grounding evening to slow down and reset before the New Moon.
Through guided meditation, sound healing, crystal healing, and intention setting, this session is designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back into the body. Weβll be clearing and grounding our energy, and reflecting on what weβre ready to bring in to the month ahead.
This is a cosy, intimate session with just 8 spaces available, meaning a slower and more personal experience.
Each guest will also receive a selenite palm stone to take home; a crystal associated with clarity & cleansing. Weβll close with journalling reflections, tea and a grounding sweet treat.
