Spanish born and bred, Paola's Zumba classes focus on fun & fitness. Don't come if you're not ready It's never the wrong time to dance and have fun.

I'm a mum of 4, and the party never stopped, even if the days changed shape! I've always loved to dance, and you'll join my classes either because you already love to dance too, or you'll leave my class loving it! Join my classes - we even have childcare if you need it.

{{The not quite as fun and party bit - I'm a fully certified ZIN Zumba instructor, Exercise to Music instructor Level 2, and Exercise Movement & Dance Instructor. Not that it matters, because we're here to enjoy the music :) }}

Hello my gente!

This one is coming to our classes soon, I hope you like it as much as I do. I have been quiet because I am still looking for a hall that can accommodate us with space enough to keep 2 metres away from each other while dancing and having a good time. Hello mi gente!
I hope you and your families are all keeping well and healthy.
My ‘Zumba twin’, Leeann is offering Zumba live-streams and you can try for free first time. Then it’s £4.50 for one class or £9 for the whole week, a total of 4 classes!
Everyone has to book in on Mon ideally before 4pm for whatever class you want to do so Leeann can get the links out and don’t have to worry about it during the week.
Then you just need to Paypal as friends and family or bacs to book in. Here a picture of her class schedule and below a link to her fb booking page.
