It’s straightforward and easy to fit in before you log on in the morning, during your lunch break, or to boost your calorie burn before your evening meal.

I’ve decided to use this time in isolation to work on my flexibility, mobility, body weight strength and yoga practice, rather than my usual workout regimen of lifting heavy weights. Setting a goal or specific area of fitness to work on is a great way to stay positive and motivated in this unprecedented situation we find ourselves in. What’s your goal during isolation?

I’m a massive fan of intermittent fasting. During this strange time, it’s very easy to fall into the trap of comfort eating to alleviate stress or boredom. Maybe now is a good time to dabble with some IF. Start with shorter fasts and see how you go.

Here’s an express you can do with or without . 3 rounds of 15 reps per exercise on each side. You can take the impact out of the plyo (jumping) exercises if you want a low impact option.
This is a short workout that you can fit in between calls while working from home and will help reactivate your glutes which can switch off after a long day of sitting.

Hi Fitness Family

I am planning to set up a FREE weekly 30 minute HIIT class which I will live stream during this period of social distancing. We all need to stay fit, healthy and SANE together.
