Your parents look listen I get it trying to get in 3-4 longer training sessions every week can be stressful and a challenge


But remember to play the long game and imperfect action will always trump perfect in action!!

So instead of going to try a 45 minute training session and saying to yourself f**k it I can’t do this and not even starting


Plan your day and try to break it down smaller segments. So do I turn 1520 minute workout in the morning and either the same or longer duration at lunch or in the evening

Remember to try and fit into your schedule, so you have to make sure that your plan ahead.

Trying to wing, it is not going to cut it !!

By splitting it up, you are still giving yourself adequate training, volume and frequency during the week to fulfil your goals of maintaining muscle mass or building it.

You’ll end up feeling good about yourself because you’re getting s**t done !

How to Eat Healthy While on the Go: 3 Tips for Busy Families

Don’t let busy schedules prevent your family from eating right! Planning ahead makes it easier to make sure you’re all eating healthy and energized during the day. Here are three of my tips to help you out:

The first tip is to plan ahead. Figure out what meals and snacks your family will have for the week, and then do your grocery shopping based on that plan. This will help you avoid going out for unhealthy fast food options and make sure you have the ingredients on hand to make nutritious meals at home.

Another tip is to always keep some quick snacks available during the day. It can be hard to find time to stop and make a meal, so make sure you have some nutritious snacks on hand that you can grab quickly when you need a quick energy boost. This can be something as simple as nuts, fruits or veggies.

My last tip is to take advantage of meal prepping services if you’re really pressed for time. There are many services nowadays that will provide you with balanced meals that are pre-made and ready to heat up, so you don’t have to worry about making time to cook.

By following these simple tips, you can make sure that you and your family are getting the nutrition you need even if you’re on the go. So try to plan ahead, keep some nutritious snacks on hand, and take advantage of meal prepping services to make sure your family is eating healthy meals and snacks throughout the day.

1. I didn’t want to go to university - I’ve always wanted to be a coach and have been fortunate to coach in some amazing places. But going to university wasn’t something on my radar. I got my passion for strength and conditioning from actually going though. Funny how life shapes you

3. Im left handed - apparently that means I’m intelligent? I also have a pin going through my left wrist which was actually broken during this race đŸ« 

4. I struggled with self confidence as a kid - growing up I was shy and in a way going to the gym and working on myself was my own therapy. It’s where I was confident and why I do what I do.

5. I got alcohol poisoning after my 19th birthday đŸ€Šâ€â™‚ïž - we’ve all been too excited before đŸ€Ł

Its the second week of January and I'd love to think many have already started 2023 wanting to get fit and healthy. If you've started...fantastic...if you haven't then thats ok too. I've always wondered why we wait until January anyway 🙃 But... I want to offer a complete free, no obligations training session to anyone thats either started or not. This is Ben


I’ve been working with Ben for about eight months now, and it’s safe to say he has smashed it.

Ben came to me after having two young boys, and as a result he started to see the weight increase and his strength deteriorate.

He wanted to make a change, and after seeing how I worked with my clients in the park, he decided he wanted to invest in himself.

Is it safe to say Ben has excelled and his physique has completely changed. His habits behaviours and strength have all improved. His aches and pains that were once PodOmatic have now disappeared and has found a routine that really fits his new family lifestyle.

Meet superMUM Sophie

Like every parent
 As soon as they have children priorities change. Children become top of the list.

However
 Sophie was still a busy working mum.

She knew that, in order to look after her daughter, she had to look after herself.

She wanted to set a good example and be their inspiration.

She wants to win the parent race at school.

She wasn’t confident in body since pregnancy.

She needed accountability and understanding

Believe it or not
 Sophie first came to me, and was unable to perform just bodyweight movements effectively.

She felt exhausted and sore just after one set!

fast forward 12 weeks and she’s deadlifting 60 kg đŸ’Ș
