Hey guys,
Comp update:
We now have a team registered for the lifting league which kicks off fairly soon.
BUCs is also coming up so let's make sure we all get down to training, get the practice in and make it four years running!
Good luck to everyone lifting at Blitz next weekend in the Uni Series comp and also to those doing the strongman/woman one.
Well done guys who lifted at the English Championships.
So... Who said St Mary's didn't have any lifters again?
