In my opinion there no value in training 7 days a week instead of 4 days a week.

Most people training 7 days a week will find themselves in stressful situations which is not good for fat loss especially if you are approaching 40.

My advice is train smarter no harder.

Personally for me I know that it is not possible by I’m ready to make small adjustments to get as close as I can to a reset.

So whatever goals you have this year start now and see what happens later, it might not be perfect but you will never know if you start .

Good morning sledge user and lovers like me.

As many of us are getting the most out of sledge by smashing their goals by pulling it, pushing it and some bear crawls as well brilliant and go on you.

But one things we have to remember is to remove the heavy weight of when we done with it.

A simple way to take the weight off is to add a very light weight in between the heavy one so that the next person could find it easy to take it off.

I hope everyone keeps enjoying using the sledge 🛷 with in mind that after you I might be my turn .
