Hi all, an early 'calling' message regarding games next season. Firstly, if we are to seek games of a reasonable frequency this season (ie a game every 6 weeks or so) the form will be the same, largely sunday matches, and we WILL be needing improved committment - plus an influx of fresh blood which we are working on. Secondly, Derby Vets are keen to play us, we have strong links with some of their main guys. Can I have a) initial interest in such a fixture in September and b) opinion on whether we should offer to travel up to them (ie travel up for drinks on Saturday, play Sunday, or do Friday/Saturday) or seek a home Essex fixture? Personally I favour the former. +Crouchy
