Nothing calms the mind more than the sounds of nature.
Sometimes the best medicine you can give yourself is to walk bare feet on the ground and listen to the birds chirping.

For anyone feeling anxious, observe how you breathe.
If you were to notice, you might find that your breathing is shallow and not deep…
So, here’s a little trick for you…
First notice your breath without trying to change anything… just notice..
Observe the rising and the falling of your chest as you breathe…
And see if you are breathing a shallow breath or a deep diaphragmatic breath…
There is the difference.. The body dictates the mind in many ways….
Just like wet lips communicate to the mind that all is okay and there is no pain…
Similarly, a deep breath will communicate to the mind and body that it can relax and be calm
Now try to deepen your breath for about 20 breaths.
Deep inhales and deep exhales.
And notice the difference in how you feel ...

Anxiety is a universal emotion, just like joy and sorrow...
We all feel anxiety at some point in our lives...
Anxiety is like an alarm system alerting us about something that the body and/or the mind perceive as a threat...
It becomes a problem only when we get stuck in a loop and don't know how to switch off this anxiety and go back to a peaceful and relaxed state of mind...
