ITS THAT TIME. HERE IS OUR STARTING XV🔥

Months of preparation. Weeks of graft. Countless sessions. One moment we’ve been waiting for.

The season is finally here.

Late training sessions, gym work, tough rugby sessions and every single bit of effort has brought us to this point. The girls have pushed themselves, pushed each other and continued to raise the standard throughout pre-season.

We’ve put the work in when nobody was watching. We’ve built as a team, grown in confidence and worked hard to make sure we’re ready for exactly this.

And now, there’s only one thing left to do…

PLAY.

We’re excited. We’re hungry. We’re ready.

Our first game of the season sees us take on Staines Women RFC — and we’re ready to give it everything.

The preparation is done. The squad is ready. The season starts here. 🔥

Whether you’ve never thrown a rugby ball before or haven't played in years, this session is tailored for all abilities and fitness levels. Expect plenty of laughs, supportive coaching, and a fantastic workout—no experience necessary.
